For most skin types, 2–3 times per week is optimal. This maintains smooth, glowing skin without over-exfoliating.

Each 210g jar lasts approximately 4–6 weeks with regular use (2–3 times per week). Keep it somewhere dry rather than in the shower, and make sure the lid is on after each use so water stays out of the jar. Once opened, we recommend using it within 12 months.

Apply to dry skin with wet hands, before you get in the shower. Take a generous amount in your wet palms, apply to dry skin in circular motions for 60–90 seconds, then rinse warm and pat dry.

No — LIEVE body scrubs are formulated exclusively for the body. The walnut shell particle size is optimized for thicker body skin.

Most commercial body scrubs are sugar or salt suspended in mineral oil with synthetic fragrance — functional, but lacking skin-loving actives. LIEVE formulas contain Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, a clinically studied peptide that supports the skin’s natural collagen production, plus carrier oils selected for skin-barrier compatibility. All of our scents come from natural fragrance and essential oils — never synthetic fragrance.

Yes — formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Start with Vanilla Citrus or Jasmine Rice Peptide, and patch test first if you know your skin reacts easily.

Gentle exfoliation may help — but it depends on the person. Regular, gentle exfoliation is one part of managing rough, bumpy skin, though physical scrubs do not suit every case of KP. Start with once a week, keep the area moisturized, and see a dermatologist for persistent KP.

Usually not. The rice bran and sweet almond oils stay behind instead of stripping, so most people step out and don’t reach for anything else. If your skin is very dry, put something on while you’re still damp.
